These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TwoHomes ("the Service"), operated by TwoHomes ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor child (for a child view account), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@greenl.ink if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each person using the Service must have their own individual account. Sharing accounts between adults is not permitted.
You agree to use TwoHomes only for lawful co-parenting coordination. You agree not to:

TwoHomes messages and check-in records are timestamped and immutable, but we make no representation that any court will accept them as evidence. Consult your attorney about the admissibility of digital records in your jurisdiction.
TwoHomes is designed to produce organized, timestamped records of co-parenting activity. We cannot and do not guarantee that any record generated by TwoHomes will be accepted by a court, mediator, or other legal authority. The evidentiary value of our records depends on applicable law and judicial discretion in your jurisdiction.
You own your data. TwoHomes holds it under a limited license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your family data for any purpose outside of service delivery. You may export your full family record at any time; see our Privacy Policy for details.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
TwoHomes is billed per parent per month:
Each parent in a family is billed separately. Lawyer accounts are always free of charge.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid charge, you may request a full refund at support@greenl.ink.
We offer fee waivers for families experiencing financial hardship. To apply, contact us.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted, giving you time to export records.
In cases of serious abuse (harassment, fabricating records, unauthorized access), we may terminate accounts immediately and without refund.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWOHOMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LEGAL OUTCOMES, OR RELATIONSHIP HARM, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall TwoHomes' total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Texas for any such dispute.
We will notify users by email (if on file) at least 14 days before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
